Factory Solutions™ is a powerful customized application used to survey and audit facilities for compliance, management control and record-keeping. Either a corporate or a site-specific protocol can be inserted into this menu driven tool.

The most powerful feature of the software is its ability to allow you to make annotations to the graphical representation and/or corrections to the lockout procedures of the equipment right on the plant floor. Once you are done with the day’s work you simply have to bring the tablet back to a live internet connection and click a button to synchronize the data with Premier to have your corrections made.

Another great benefit to our architecture is that it is fully scalable. So you can put 1 or 100 people on the plant floor with this tool and they can all perform the same tasks. When they synchronize they will all have the same data, so you can get the job done faster and more efficiently.
